By using a tapped transformer, the panel applies reduced voltage during the motor’s startup phase, gradually transitioning to full voltage — minimizing the sudden impact on power supply and mechanical components.

Each ICON panel is designed to suit customer-specific motor ratings, voltage levels, and starting cycles.
